about Lara Narayani
Her life is dedicated to realizing human potential while sharing with all who are willing to create change on our sacred planet.
1992, Lara Narayani began to spiritually awake after practicing prayer, chant, dance, Yoga and meditation. Realizing there was a higher calling to be discovered, she embarked on a journey to find her true work in the world. In 1997, she moved to New York to focus her studies on massage at The Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy.
Staying focused on spiritual studies, she received certification as a Yoga Instructor through the Integral Yoga Institute in 1999. During the 90s's and up to today, LN has been initiated into a variety of ancient healing practices, including: Kabbalah, Native American Sweat Lodge and Medicine Wheel Teachings, West African Dance and Drum, Soul-Point, Essence Work, Qi-Gong for enlightenment, Ayurvedic Beauty, Both DONA and Wholistic Doula trainings in Asheville. Massage modalities she offers includes Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Thai, Pregnancy,Swedish, Deep Tissue, Body Treatments, Aromatherapy and Yoga. In 2002 , she had a Spiritual Awakening after meeting teacher Dave Oshana. After that, she began working Lania Desmond and continues to evolve and heal herself and others.
This healing energy is now being directed towards holistic coaching, bodywork, movement practices and education to inspire and awaken clients to their potential. Personalized programs are available for private clients in Santa Cruz California as well as long distance coaching and healing services
